    Outdoor activities for infants and toddlers promote physical development, sensory stimulation, cognitive growth, social interaction, and emotional well-being, while also fostering creativity, confidence, and a connection to nature. In British Columbia (BC)<\/strong>, the Child Care Licensing Regulation recommends that children in licensed daycare settings should have at least 60 minutes of outdoor play per day, weather permitting. Furthermore, bear in mind that for infant and toddler programs, it\u2019s common practice to have shorter, more frequent outdoor sessions to accommodate their needs and attention spans.
